Welcome to Kingfisher Driving School

Kingfisher Driving School is an independent Plymouth based school catering for all your driving education requirements and run by myself, Terry Orton.

As a fully qualified and DSA approved driving instructor, I offer high quality driving lessons tailored to the individual pupil so you know you will be taught at a pace that best suits you. A 'door to door' service is offered where you will be picked up from home, college or work and you will be supplied with a personel record so you can keep track of your progress.

In addition to driving lessons, my services also include theory test preperation and hazard perception training. For those that have already passed their driving test, I also provide Pass Plus, motorway and Refresher courses to help improve skills, safety and confidence.

I welcome students of all ages and abilities including complete beginners and nervous pupils.

All lesson are on a 'one-to-one' basis in a new Honda Jazz and you will find me a calm and reliable instructor who will teach you the skills required to become a confident and competent driver.
